Each week you will listen to an MP3 meditation. Each meditation is between 15-25 minutes long. You will also have access to supporting information including videos and PDFs and details about the practice for that day.

In this meditation, we begin the process of letting go. In order to make the journey into the heart, we must be aware of that which we must let go of on all levels, mentally, physically and emotionally.
In this meditation, you will also develop awareness about letting go of stress and tension. It will relax and free you.
The energy centres process ingoing and outgoing information on all levels, emotionally, physically and spiritually. This week, we focus on the health of the chakras, of balancing the chakras. You will gain awareness about which Chakras you need to focus on to restore balance in your life.
On day 5 we dive into the heart in a beautiful guided meditation. For the whole day we focus on our heart center. Science has now proven that we actually think with our hearts. Our heart sends out vibrations and these vibrations can change our environment and affect the people around us. So, today, we send out loving vibrations!
On day 7 we start to balance the masculine and the feminine within us. We all have both energies in our psyches, the receptive principle (feminine) and the active principle (masculine). Today we focus on the feminine aspect. If we do, do, do and don't spend time Being, you will love this practice today!
In this meditation, you will be quided to balance the masculine energy in your psyche. We focus on the qualities of action, strength & courage. If you find it difficult getting things off the ground and find it hard taking action, this meditation will be a great support. Today we focus on action!
