Test your assumptions, unearth your biases and cover your reveal your blind spots. Going through this process will safeguard you from missing vital information that could inhibit your success.
Why do some of the same problems persist? Is it because we are using single loop learning? Here we learn how to use double loop learning to address permeant challenges.
Jamie Lerner, one of the greatest Mayors in the world used design thinking to turn Curitiba in Brazil into one of the most efficient and human centered cities in the world. He used Design Thinking to achieve this feat. We learn more here.

In order to achieve your mission you need skills. This section describes the process involved in conducting a skills audit.
What do you hope to achieve? How will you know you have made this impact? Here we define measurable outcomes and link them back to your strategies.
The Balanced Scorecard is a powerful tool to measure your impact and track your results. In this demo lecture I briefly outline this tool.
The Logic Model is the most popular program evaluation tool, used by organizations such as the United Nations, Natwest and RAND corporation. In this class we outline the basic elements of this tool.
You have created a Theory of Change! Now, reflect on the process to improve your product.
The world is a diverse place. As such, our personal and professional lives comprise living and working with different types of people. This diversity adds richness but it can also add moments of misunderstanding.
The next section aims to equip all members of an organization with the basic understanding of cultural difference. In this section we look at issues such as religion, gender, race and class. Armed with awareness of these components improves your ability to foster inclusive, equitable and productive spaces which will ultimately increases everyone's results.
