Introduction to The KATE Method. What is The KATE Method? This video introduces the practice, tells you how I discovered it and what you can expect from this course.

Creating your KNOW. How do you KNOW what you want? Can you want too much? Is it possible to not KNOW what you want? What if you don't know how to get what you want? All of these questions, and more, are answered in this video lesson.
In this lesson we learn how to give up the struggle when it comes to setting goals and achieving them. Surrender does not mean "giving up." It simply means letting go and allowing all that you need, and all that you desire, to come to you.
What happens if we decide we want something, and then realise it isn't exactly what we want. Nothing in life is final. Nothing is a mistake. We are creating our lives in the same way we create art. If it doesn't turn out exactly the way we imagined, we can choose again. Remember this saying: Life is like a box of chocolates, you can always choose again!
Taking ACTION is a necessary step to getting what we want in life, but there is a difference between knowing when to take an action step and knowing when to wait until it is the right time. Learn about how and when to take action steps towards your dreams and goals. Visualisation is a powerful tool we have been given to help us achieve our dreams. There is a "Visualisation Meditation" in the Lecture 12, along with the course notes. Listen to this meditation as often as you wish.
