The World Needs A Father: An Introduction
- You will need to take this course on a device that can play videos with sound.
- You will need something (digital or analogue) on which to take notes and reflect.
This course is based on our trainers guide, and touches on every aspect of our full training in a practical and personal manner. It is primarily video based, with a short quiz at the end of each section designed to help you engage deeper with the content. It will take between 4 and 6 hours to complete thoroughly, and will require you to engage with the content on a personal level, as well as giving you theory and practical tools to become a better father.
Who this course is for:
- The principles taught in this course are relevant to men and women, but it will be particularly beneficial to men who are currently, or would like to become fathers.
- Anyone whose relationship with their father is or was less than ideal will find the content particularly worthwhile, as well as men who genuinely want to be the best father they can be.
I am a husband of 35 years and the father of 3 biological children, and one adopted daughter. I have been involved in leadership development and training from a very young age. After my time as the Springbok rugby chaplain during their successful 1995 World Cup campaign, I co-founded a sports ministry, two leadership schools, a community transformation organisation in one of the big townships in the Western Cape, and The World Needs A Father movement. I am on the board of numerous organisations and ministries, and play an active role around the world in the development of future leaders and Kingdom impactors.
