The Workplace Warrior workshop has been designed by a PHD of Stress to provide you with a quick guide that will help you understand the importance of workplace wellness and well-being. Our modern work environments place a lot of pressure on our time management, with growing expectations around performance and productivity. This workshop will explore some of the implications of this overload.
We will identify the main causes that can trigger unhealthy reactions physically, mentally, and emotionally as well as discover some of the techniques used to cope with stress, including preventative measures. We will draw form the world of psychology, counselling and the health and fitness industry to help equip you with the tools and techniques to become a workplace warrior, not a workplace worrier.
