I want to remind you that this journey is for YOU! This journey is about YOU! This journey is to ELEVATE YOU!! It is important that you evaluate where you are, so you can celebrate your advancement along your journey!

Our moods and our responses are within our control, but in order to take control we must first be self aware of our triggers and how we choose to respond! Take a brief moment to review the attached worksheet and determine where you sit on the mood scale! :-)

Simply put... It's time to LET GO & LET GOD, my friend! You have allowed the past to effect you long enough! It's time to FREE yourself of what has happened to you! Change happens, when you take the first step! So let's dust off those steppers and get to stepping!! :-) There is too much potential housed within you and ready to break free!

Let me start off by saying "Positivity is CONTAGIOUS"! All you have to do is control the energy, emotions and individuals you allow around you! When your focus and view is positive, you open the door to hope, love, opportunity and for God to do exceedingly and abundantly above all you can image...just by having faith and believing for positive outcomes!

Before you can pour and share positive vibes, you must first ensure you exude positive energy yourself! Take some time to review each activity attached to this lecture and be sure that you practice them daily until these choices are apart of your everyday routine!
