This is the best course I have ever done. As the authors say, understanding is key. By understanding how habits are build, how to beat procrastination, building your ideal self-image, realize that you are the observer not your thoughts, how to energize yourself and setting goals, it's easier to apply self-discipline. I just finished the course using videos and I am starting reading the ebook now. Thanks for this great course, very well organized and everything just make sense.
