The Unofficial Guide to the Nikon D3200 & D3300

Master the ins and outs of Nikon's latest DSLR, the D3300. With over 1 hour of lessons intuitively organized into 14 individual lectures, you will learn everything you need to know about the camera, giving you the confidence you need to use the camera with ease in any situation.

We will cover the following topics in this course:

• Crash course in basic photography theory focusing on using aperture, shutter speed, and ISO to obtain proper exposure.

• Camera body and button functions including the mode dial, pinwheel, and hidden record button.

• Shooting Menu - features that affect the video capture process

• Setup Menu

• Retouching Menu

• Playback Menu - features that affect the watching back of recorded material

• Field tips including filmmakers' setup, how to read a histogram, and making the transition from photo to video.

This class focuses specifically on the camera and its features. We will cover buttons on the body of the camera as well as options in the camera's menu. This is not an intro to photography or video class.

That being said, a knowledge of basic photography principals is great to have, but not absolutely necessary to taking this course. It is important to note that this class is specific to the Nikon D series cameras.
