This course will empower teenagers to conquer anxiety, fear and stress, reach their goals, and to create the life they want.

This course is for you to purchase if you are a parent or guardian with an anxious teenager needing help. You can go through each module together, or leave them to their own devices to make their way through the content.

In each module your teenager will be encouraged to make minor changes to their lives that will improve their mental health forever.

The areas covered in this course include things like:

- Exercise

- Mindfulness

- Breathing

Maximise your teen's learning from this course:

  • Set aside around 20 minutes per module - 10 minutes (often less) to watch the content plus 10 minutes more to reflect on how to practically apply the strategies. Those last 10 minutes are essential so make sure there is time.

  • Use a lined notebook for notes and journal tasks recommended at the end of each module.

  • Have your teen control their own pace. They are only to move on to the next module when ready.

  • Your teen is encouraged to reinforce their learning by implementing changes in their daily life or discussing key insights with a mentor, parent or friend.

  • Discuss with your teen at the conclusion of this course the importance of taking responsibility for their own actions and decisions, making sure the are aware of the need to understand what they are in control of where their mental health is concerned. It is recommended that you go through Module 10 with your teen again so that they get a proper grasp of who is in charge of the outcomes in their life.
