If we have dirt spots on our lens it can ruin our images. This brilliant little tool will become our go to tool for saving our spotty bacon
One of the most useful tools in photography is the graduated filter. Photographers have been using them for years to control elements in their images and help to focus the viewers attention. Well.....Lightroom has one right here

Collections allow up to group images together, based on a criteria of our choice. Maybe it's cars, trees, buildings or landscapes. No matter what it will be for you, this is where we can define and create our own collections
Let's see how Lightroom can help us to organise and filter our images based on number and colour ratings
Previews can really slow you down or speed you up. There are a few different types to choose from. Let's look at what they are. Trust me, it's well worth it
We are going to look at, not just how, but when to rename our images
Let's look at how we can adjust (develop) our images, and how to create a consistent workflow, helping to save time and ensure consistency
So, we have an image that looks great. How do we now export it for our clients, ourselves or the web?
Lightroom allows us to stitch our images together to create panoramas, and more recently HDR panoramas. How cool is that? Let's get stuck in and learn how we do it
High Dynamic Range, or HDR images are incredibly useful and increasingly popular. We can do the right inside Lightroom, and here's how

Lightroom offers us the ability to create fantastic slideshows that we can use for presentation to clients, or to share with family and friends. Lets make one together
We have an option to create web pages in Lightroom. Let me share how.....and my thoughts
One of the most important things we can do is to create a backup of our imported images and our Lightroom Catalogue itself. Let's look at how we do this
This one little button can really do a lot of your heavy lifting
A brilliant hack if you have gone to far and need to reset
What they are, and how we can change the grid overlays on our images
This great feature allows us to view our image with no clutter

A great way to compare where you are and where you started from
A quick way to check on your highlights and shadows
An awesome way to create a vignette, with more control
A great little way to have more control over your sliders
A quick and easy way to create a selection and then refine it more
Let's start at the very beginning, with setting up a Lightroom library and importing some images. It's really not difficult....I promise.
Step by step, in bite size chunks, I will then take you through every panel of every section of Lightroom Classic CC. You can work your way through the course in order, or jump to the specific section you want to know about.
I've included all of the images from the course, so that we can work through the course together. Just like being with me as I work on the images and explaining what I'm doing and why.
By the end of the course you will know everything you need in order to import, sort, rate, organise, post produce and export your files.
Let's get stuck in, and do this together.
See you inside.
Matt.
