The A.S.I.D.E Project company is a Paris based organization founded by Dr. Nesrine Beldi.  This project represents the vision of a generation which aims to be Authentic “A”,  Skilled “S”, Innovative “I”, Digital “D” and Entrepreneurial “E”.

This project is for this self-taught generation which advocates accessible and shared adapted learning, which is not afraid of being guided and mentored and always seeks the sharing of knowledge, mutual aid and assistance. And above all, a generation that carries today most of the inventions and projects that will certainly shape our future world (Industry 4.0, agile work environments, cryptocurrency, IA, Big data, Cloud, IoT, etc.).

When Nesrine founded the A.S.I.D.E project company, it was a turning point in her life;  through this business project, she wanted  to bring expertise and know-how in the service of training, coaching, advising and supporting all the people and companies who so wish on the issues they may encounter in their transformations (organizational, digital and strategic), and make such services accessible for everyone, anywhere and anytime.

Our vision at the A.S.I.D.E project company, is based upon decentralized information through disseminating our online learning content and services to make it accessible to all. We also believe in enhancing equal opportunities between entrepreneurs / managers of SMEs and major accounts through providing high quality advanced consulting services which meets their needs and respects their constraints and assist them in building, scaling and efficiently running their businesses in the digital era.

With her 10+ years of professional record in different sectors (Industry, finances, education, insurances, Tech) and her academic degrees (system engineering PhD, electromechanical engineer), Nesrine is a modern polymath. Since her early age, she has developed an excessive amount of curiosity which has led her to always wanting to learn, understand and master different subjects in various domains.

After graduating as an electromechanical engineer, she started her career in the automotive industry as a software developer in PSA Peugeot Citroen company where she worked on developing advanced software solutions for hybrid & electric cars. She was working and conducting her PhD in system engineering at the same time with the Arts&Métiers ParisTech school in France, that she completed in 3 years. After a couple of years with PSA Peugeot Citroen, she went on to work at Renault & Nissan company on connected vehicles and autonomous driving projects. Her scientific curiosity, mastery of system thinking principles and passion towards advanced technologies has led to her to develop the required skills to navigate between the cyber and the physical worlds easily and flawlessly with a record of 11+ international patents. She became a cloud architect and worked on developing solutions for autonomous cars on different cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP and their IoT solutions, that she was able to present at multiple occasions at various international conferences (CTI symposium, SAE symposium, Yokohama international conference).

After running a couple of projects, she became interested in management practices and started applying and running her projects based on the agile practices, values and principles. It was so much fun, kind of like the fewest rare early applications of agile practices in a non-IT environment She’s a certified professional scrum master and safe program consultant.

And as her projects grow, as she learned how to scale those management practices and develop her leadership style. Until she decided to quit the industrial sector and start working as a senior consultant in a consulting firm…and that was hell of a fun time! During the years she spent over there, she navigated from one mission to another, one company to another and certainly one problematic to another. Her clients were all around the world (USA, Germany, France, North Africa, Asia) and she worked as a digital transformation consultant and enterprise architect for financial institutions, aerospace and automotive companies, governmental institutions, as well as insurances corporations.

For the past 3 years, she has also been volunteering to assist French based SMEs and startups through Paris incubators as a business strategist to help entrepreneurs build and scale their businesses (business development, fund raising, investors pitching).

Nesrine is also a professional coach and trainer and had been working as a part time assistant professor in French engineering schools (Supmeca).

She’s the founder and local leader of women in agile Paris and women in agile Tunisia, the local French and Tunisian chapters of the international “women in agile” organization, to promote agile practices and agile leadership in the international community through podcasts (she hosts the women in agile Paris & Tunisia podcasts) and Live interviews. In addition to that she’s also a global ambassador of Women in Tech organization and an active mentor coaching and supporting her mentees on subjects related to digital businesses, advanced technologies and entrepreneurship.

Nesrine has always considered herself as a citizen of the world, she’s Tunisian by heart, Parisian by nature and certainly a human soul. She speaks various languages (French, Arabic, English and Italian), she loves traveling and going scuba diving in the Mediterranean Sea so dear to her.
