This is typically a course creation model where we create individual courses. Unlike other models, Dan doesn't have a value ladder. He focuses on creating individual programs for individual audience and problems they face.

Siddharth's model has a value ladder that his followers WORSHIP! One of the best tactics he uses is 'Gamifying' each level of his value ladder. Watch the full video to understand his complete model of creating and launching courses.

You're free to choose what type of model you'd like to go with. It can be complete solo model too. Let's say you want to just follow Siddhart's Model, and not implement anyone else's, just go with it. That way you get to focus on one thing until you get successful at it. OR you could also create a hybrid just like I did using your own creativity.

Task: Go ahead and strategize all your course. Name each level of your course too so you have a clear understanding of what you'd be offering in there.

Once you've done this, just figure out how many courses you need to create for that model and go to the next module to plan out the individual courses.

Task: Plan out at least one course. By planning, I mean having each module and lessons within each module listed in a google doc. So, you'd know exactly what you need to record.

You don't have to record the whole course to complete this module but just know that right after you plan the course, you can record the videos for launching the course.

Go ahead and create your own funnel to launch your course.

Do not try to make it fancy at first, just get started to get your students enrolled before you make it fancy.

Just ideate on how you can gamify your programs to give a unique experience to your audience. It doesn't have to be super creative but you can definitely start somewhere
