You’ll be introduced to the common personality attributes that are the cause of toxic relating. You’ll learn to quickly and accurately identify these toxic attributes in any relationship. By doing so, you’ll save yourself much pain, opportunity, and even money before you get deeply involved with a soul-sucking person.
This IS an action-oriented program. Putting the practices I offer here will help you to feel lighter, more confident, and free. The main intent of this program is to give you permission to get out of a toxic relationship – to give you the space to build healthy life-affirming relationships and pursuits.
