I'm much more interested in your journey than mine right now, but hopefully hearing a little bit about my background will provide you with both some inspiration that profound transformation can be made, and also crystalise how you're going to set about your own.

So, how are you feeling as we begin this experience?
Is your mind feeling clear and sharp, or cluttered and dull?
What about your body? Does it feel stiff, sore, tired, tight or bloated much of the time?
Do your dominant emotional states tend to be peace, love and gratitude, or fear, anger and sadness?
Are you feeling connected to the deepest spirit within yourself that in turn connects you to everything in the Universe?
Are the relationships in your life nourishing you and boosting your energy or often draining it?
Are you feeling 'stuck', overwhelmed or depressed that nothing you try seems to work and you end up changing nothing?
There's no judgement here, just awareness of whatever IS and a sincere intention to help get to the roots of whatever is negatively affecting your energy and well-being in order to turn things around.
You CAN return to your natural state of maximum energy and glowing, vibrant health if you come back to basics and address the factors that are currently limiting your life-force.
What are your main objectives at this point?
I'd advise you to write them down. You might want to start a Transformation diary where you write down the things that resonate with you most and set the intention to incorporate those changes into your daily life - that way, you'll end up with a very clear set of personalised energy maximising guidelines to follow. Then stick to the ones that help to bring you the real, lasting results you want, and delete the ones that don't!
This experience is designed to give you the tools you need to return to full flow in all aspects of your energy, so that your overall well-being can be at its maximum. You'll feel that in terms of a clearer mind, a banging body, better fitness, more flexibility, stronger immunity, smoother digestion, sounder sleep, less stress, more stable emotional states, fuller connections, better relationships, more confidence, aliveness and alignment with your inner purpose in life. And effortlessly attracting in more of what you want to create too.

You are about to be introduced to some potentially life changing information, but as ever the important thing is that you make most of it by actually implementing the key changes that are going to make the difference in your unique case.
It's no good just reading all this information and going back to the same old, same old!
Not all of the information, every step of the way, will resonate with you at any given time, but if you focus on the stuff that does and work with that then you will make progress. And you'll have the information for keeps, so you can come back to it at various times in the future and perhaps discover something new that takes you to the next level when you're ready to do that.
Are you really going to live the changes that can make the difference for you? Are you prepared to ditch the old habits that aren't serving you then genuinely embrace and embody the new? If so, then you are on the path to getting the results that you want.
I encourage you right from the start to get really curious about ALL of the factors that either boost or drain your energy. So, that TV program you're watching – is it bringing out the aliveness in you, or hypnotising you into a stupor? Each step will help you examine the factors that are likely to have the biggest impact on your energy and go about turning as many of them as possible in your favour.
If you wish to do so then you can purchase reasonably accurate metabolic scales quite cheaply these days. Monitoring your body fat, visceral fat, hydration etc can be an effective way to track your physical progress, but the measurement I'm most interested in by far is how you feel so please keep a track of that in your diary, especially noting the things that have the biggest impact on your energy levels.
Photos can be a really useful indicator of your progress too, so if it feels right for you then take a couple of 'before' snaps for your own personal use, so you can see how far you've come as you move through the experience.
Thanks for putting your trust in this process. Only you can truly transform yourself, but I believe this is a unique opportunity for you to follow the step by step guidance of someone who has been there and spent the past decade plus immersing himself in the most holistic solutions possible.
One thing that I would encourage from the very outset is that you be kind to yourself throughout. You are human, so don't go beating yourself up if you fall off the wagon once in a while... just get straight back on it! As well as looking and feeling your absolute best, you might just surprise yourself with how much fun you have along the way.
