
In this section, I give a brief background of myself and why I am teaching this course.

In tis section, we offer healthier alternative foods to eat when stressed. These foods have a higher nutrient quality, which could help you deal with stressful situations more effectively.
Many of the snacks we choose to eat while stressed (or even bored) are not good for us. they are often full of fat, sugar and sodium. In this lecture we provide a few great snacks to eat when you're not feeling your best.
Alack of sleep can cause havoc on our health over time. Here we discuss some of the surprising health issues caused due to lack of sleep.
It's critical we focus on all aspects of health. It's not just healthy eating that we need, other key areas must be worked on as well to achieve a healthy life.

Social fitness is very important to an entrepreneur's health. Sometimes, you just have to get away from the business, even for a little while. This will allow you to recharge your batteries and come back with renewed energy. Another great plus is being able to converse with others who can relate to what you're going through.

While many people think money is the key to happiness and prosperity, it's all irrelevant without good health. When it comes to success, many of us are willing to do anything to get it. Unfortunately, that often includes sacrificing our health and overall well-being.
