Develop self-compassion to build a successful mindset by reframing failures, speaking words of who you want to be, and using milestones, conditioning, and compassionate self-talk to progress.
Success comes in many forms and is not always big or visible. Celebrate small events, practice self compassion, and widen your knowledge toward your bigger vision.
Develop initiative as a self-management skill to take control, act on your own resources, and seize opportunities through small, consistent steps, while overcoming fear and evaluating progress.
This is a short course introduction to 5 major skills that every person who wants success or aspires to achieve something in life will need.
The 5 skills are:
Success mindset
Goal setting
Time management
Money management
Communication and influence
There is this wonderful saying which is also the reason why I created this course
> “give a man a fish and you feed him for a day, but teach a man how to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.” <
Why I chose these skills? Because these are the ones that helped me most in life. After extensive reading, and a lot of research a learning, I discovered that the first most essential thing that people lack is the ability to think success. Everyone might say they are open minded or willing to learn/try new things but when reality sets in they are actually stuck in place and would refuse to take the first step.
‘CHANGE IS THE ONLY CONSTANT IN LIFE.’
I love Lisa Nichols and what she says here:
You are the designer of your destiny; you are the author of your story. You should be willing to be your own rescuer at the risk of everyone else’s approval.
This course is suitable for people 18 and above to no limit.
The English is basic and hopefully understandable, if you have any questions ask me.
