My parents emigrated from Germany to California, USA in the late 1950’s where I was born and raised. I graduated from High School in San Francisco and went on to earn a Bachelors degree in English and Music from Sonoma State University in California.
I began teaching English as a second language after moving to Germany 20 years ago. I’ve taught English in the classical classroom as well as in many companies for over 18 years.
I’ve been coaching English online using Skype for 5 years now. I’m really enthusiastic about using modern technology to help people practice and improve their English.
Music is my passion. I’m a singer, play the guitar and enjoy African drumming on the djembe.
Learning English is like learning songs. You learn the melody and rhythm from listening and repeating over and over again.
