Description

We'll dive into applied happiness research from positive psychology, neuroscience, and IO psychology to fuel success in your career – and your life.

We'll cover the business case and financial ROI of happiness at work: why is happiness serious business in terms of real dollars and cents. Then we'll walk through science-based tools for energy, engagement, and effective leadership. The core competencies addressed include sections on how to create a sense of meaning/purpose at work; how to shape a psychological environment of trust, cohesion, and effective communication; how to develop and deploy emotional intelligence as you coach and manage others; how to lead and inspire change in groups; and how to bring all this together into habits for behavioral change.

You'll leave with actionable tools for personal flourishing and professional success to change your relationship to your work and positively impact those around you.
