Description
Our body is the sacred instrument through which we can realize and manifest our Spiritual Nature and Self.
It is the precious instrument through which we can shape the changes we want to create in our life, freeing ourselves from limiting patterns, habits, and attitudes, and also from all the obstacles holding us back from the life we are meant to and aspire to live.
A woman's body is deeply connected to Nature cycles.
Women know Nature’s cycles from the inside because the menstrual cycle usually lasts as long as the Lunar month.
The four Moon phases we see in a month reflect the four Seasons of the year and are also connected not only to the phases of the menstrual cycle but also to a woman's life stages.
In most ancient cultures and traditions on Earth, those phases, Seasons, and stages have been associated with Goddesses. Those Goddesses represent the connection between Nature's forces, Elements and cycles, and our inner resources.
When we connect to our inner resources, represented by the Goddess archetypes, we can embrace and embody the Wholeness, manifest our maximum potential in harmony with the surrounding world at any age, and thrive.
This course is a dynamic experience aimed to pass on practical knowledge, teachings, initiations, and spiritual transmission through lectures including activations based on easy movement sequences.
The content of the course integrates the most recent discoveries in the field of somatics and psychophysiology with the transmission of ancient spiritual wisdom, healing practices, and knowledge from different parts of the world.
The resources include videos for practicing the movement activations, specifically created to consolidate the awakening, integration, and embodiment of the Four Elements (Fire, Earth, Air, and Water), the correspondent Moon Phases, and the related Goddess archetypes.
