Description

This course helps the enterprises, organizations & individuals that interact with project businesses to have a well understanding and better perception of the Project Management in order to enabling them to implement the Project Management successfully for their projects.

The Project Management achieves the ultimate benefits for the projects. Without implementing the Project Management, the chances of project failure is quite high with huge negative consequences in return. A project in nature involves various stakeholders either operational , service , cost centers or even from executive level to execute the project due to one goal already set either to provide a service or produces products to market or to a particular client. It's a common sense to everyone knowing the projects are tied with a time. Long time of achievement means going beyond the schedule will definitely add unpleasant cost on the budget and cuts the profit so therefore everyone (stakeholders) are rigidly focusing on delivering  the projects by any means which definitely requires a constant interaction amid them. The bigger projects causes the complexity which triggers the overwhelming actions. Here comes the project management to set the guidelines in terms of work requirements and stakeholders responsibilities & roles to assure the projects are executed with full understanding what to do or not to do for projects.

As a procurement consultant,  I do emphasize my colleague procurement professionals to always refer to the project management  overall for enterprise project orders in order to procure strategically. Simply in project the ultimate primary focus is the supplies whereas procurement professionals attend all the stakeholders meetings.
