Hello! Bec here, I'm a mum of two girls, a wife, and a Personal Trainer. Amongst other things being a mum ;)
I love to run, workout, hit the beach, hang with girlfriends, watch a good Netflix series and read! Well I'm trying to be more consistent with the reading part ;) Audible has made that a little easier with kids that's for sure.
I'm the owner of my own small business called Mother Fitter here in WA running one on one and small group PT and one of the From Bump to Baby and Beyond co-founders. I’m a pre and postnatal fitness coach and a Master Functional Trainer. I have worked with some amazing mamas in my time as a coach but it wasn’t until I had my own children that I realised just how challenging motherhood could be. I love a good workout and that post endorphin hit was worth it every time, but exercise isn’t just for great physical health but for our mental health too. This is also something that is important to keep up during our journey of motherhood, but something that may need to be modified depending on what you are doing, including the intensity of your training depending on where you are at during your journey. This guide came about when my husband and I were traveling Australia. I found out I was pregnant on our travels and I needed to keep up the exercise. I had minimal equipment and I needed to follow something that was planned out for all trimesters ready to go, easy to follow and time efficient. The Pregnancy Fit Guide was born.
In this guide I cover how to have an active and safe pregnancy, the benefits, guidelines, signs to look out for, an entire fitness regime from the beginning of your pregnancy to the final days of growing bub. Helping your prepare for labour and birth.
It has helped me so much and I have learnt so much along my own journey and I know it can help you too.
