I am an experienced leader in user experience research and have led research teams for various companies developing hardware and software products, including Meta and two of the largest hearing tech companies in the world, Sonova and Starkey.
I started my career as a researcher and quickly grew to become Director of Research, during which time I built teams of strong, mixed methods researchers and supported various organizations as they developed innovate products. My teams helped those organizations make product decisions, build roadmaps, and prioritize products.
I have experience and deep knowledge in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, and my unique strength is the ability to flex between both in accomplishing the research needs of a given team or company.
