    This lecture is an introduction to the next lectures that will cover several layers of negativity that a person may experience throughout their life that can cause them to lose their Self-Love.

    This is the first layer of negativity I cover to help the student understand the importance of what they say and think about themselves.  Assignment #2 is with this lesson.

This course focuses on the layers of negativity people can experience in life that can prevent them from being able to love themselves.  People who experience self hatred and low self-esteem will be able to examine these layers and use the assignments and information in the lectures to peel back these layers and be better able to achieve Self-Love.
