Welcome to Module 2 of the Posture Academy. Olivier Girard, an internationally recognized expert in posture and ergonomics and the author of The Posture Manual, will assist you in improving your posture, requiring less than the cost of a cup of coffee and just 10 minutes a day.

This course focuses on standing posture, pelvic control, and mid-back control to prevent rounded shoulders.

Here's a glimpse of what you'll learn:

  • Proper standing techniques

  • How to walk

  • Stretching the piriformis muscle to prevent sciatic pain

  • Standing without fatigue

  • Correcting anterior pelvic tilt

  • Coordinating your pelvis, back, and shoulder blades
