This course is led by Laura Varich, M.D., a passionate physician who is excited to provide to you the research-proven way to eat for your best health. There really is no debate or confusion about the best way to eat for health and Dr. Varich will show you how simple and delicious it can be to eat the whole-food, plant-based way. This video series was created to give you practical, easy to understand information on how to apply this new way of living and eating to your daily life.

Instructor
Dr. Varich is passionate about bringing research-proven dietary information and advice to improve the health and quality of life of individuals and families everywhere.
Dr. Varich was inspired to action when, in her medical practice, it became obvious to her that an increasing number of children are becoming victims of poor diet and lifestyle choices- decisions that will dramatically reduce both their quality and length of life.
As a wife and mother, Dr. Varich has had a lifelong love of growing, cooking, and eating fresh, healthy food (raising her two children under the mantra “Let’s health you up!”). And given her long-held interest in scientific research on health and nutrition, Dr. Varich’s focus on clearly sharing impactful dietary information with adults and families everywhere was inevitable.
It has become Dr. Varich’s passion-project and life-goal to dissect and evaluate the significant scientifically-proven research to provide you and your family with nutritious, delicious food choices to improve and maintain your health, as well as to show you how simple and enjoyable selecting, preparing, eating, and even growing beautiful plant-based foods can be.
