this course cover various topics in the videos, such as effective communication, how to handle difficult communication, assertive communication, and negotiation skills. You will also receive documents that explain certain topics, such as assertiveness, body language, business networking, emotional intelligence, leadership, giving feedback, interpersonal communication, and telephone skills. These videos and documents are only found in one of the six categories - communication. Each category contains different videos and accompanying documents.
This is a complete course to become a better leader, whether you are a beginner or looking to improve your skills. I cover almost all topics in this course and also provide documents for you to read.
