The Sun is the primary source of energy for everything that exists on planet Earth. The Sun is also the archetype for outwardly manifest activity and vital energy.
We initiate the P-TAK 5 Element Yoga Asana Sequence by offering salutations to this very source of vitality which is the Sun. The classical Sun Salutation sequence is a series of twelve physical postures, that completely rejuvenate the entire system in such a profound way that no other form of exercise can compare to it.
It loosens up, stretches, massages and tones all the joints and the internal organs, thereby preparing the body and the mind for integrated Pancha Tattva Asana Kriya.
The very first element of the P-TAK 5 Element Yoga Asana series is the Earth Element or Prithvi Tattva. Just as our planet earth is the foundation of all life, the Earth Element Yoga Poses strengthen and rejuvenate the lower trunk region, which forms the foundation in our own body.
In this sequence, you would be guided in to the seven essential poses of the Earth Element Yoga Asana Sequence, along with guided instructions and contra-indications. The seven essential Yoga Asanas of the Earth Element sequence are :-

In our body, we can activate those traits by directing the Prana or Sentience Life Force to specific regions of the body. In the Fire Element Sequence, we work on the lower back by combing back-bending Yoga asanas and seated twists.

In the human body, the arms balances yoga asana poses reflect the Wind Element.

It is the realm of ideas, of aesthetics and higher consciousness. We can access these rarefied planes by regularly performing the sequence of inversion asanas, which form the very basis of Space Element poses.
