It is unlikely that as a couple you will see the world and respond to life in identical ways. Personality Theory helps us understand those differences.
The different ways in which you notice what is happening and respond can be a source of conflict in your relationship if not understood and worked with properly. With a proper understanding of the differences you can make those same differences a point of strength for you marriage.

In this lecture we get to understand what Extraversion and Introversion are really all about and how they affect relationships.

This is a free version so its accuracy is not exact, but it will give you a good idea of your preference.
