After mapping the milestones, and paving the path between them, the next step is testing this process with traffic. Adding traffic to the journey you've built will help draw attention to the areas that need your focus.
Results are a happy byproduct, but the data we collect and the opportunities it reveals are just as important. It's this data that lets us confidently know we are focusing on the most important things to move the needle for our business.
In the final module we'll recap some of the most important takeaways, and offer advice for your next steps.
It would be nice if our customers followed a clear and linear path, but that isn’t always the case. In this bonus module we’ll talk about scenarios where your various journeys may converge or diverge, and the insights these various segments might offer.

I refer to this course as "the one conversation" because this is the first conversation I'd have if I were consulting with any business on the planet. The approach is to think through your business holistically, starting with identifying the high level milestones your leads and prospects experience, and then examining the gaps between those milestones to spot and prioritize opportunities for improvement. You can think of it as a progressive diagnostic - when you engage in this conversation, it prompts thoughtful reflection on your current business reality, and the gap between that and the ideal business future.
