Welcome to the "The Nature of Woman" seminar.

The seminar consists of two parts: theory and practice.

This seminar delves into the concept of archetypes to unlock and enhance various aspects of your personality. These aspects are closely linked to the biological hormone secretion during your cycle or, if you have transitioned to menopause, to your soul.

In this seminar, I refer to these aspects as archetypes, inspired by the theories of Carl Jung, a prominent Swiss psychiatrist and psychoanalyst. According to Wikipedia, archetypes are considered innate patterns of thought and behavior that seek self-realization within an individual's environment. Implementing this process significantly influences the degree of differentiation and the cultivation of personal identity.

I like to explain archetypes as different "costumes" of your personality that you can use according to the circumstances. It's important to note that this perspective on archetypes, especially the use of Greek Goddesses as symbolic representations, is not related to religious beliefs. Instead, it serves as a tool to explore various facets of our personality.

The seminar aims to help you deepen your self-awareness, strengthen your connection with your body and physiology, and support you in fully harnessing your feminine power. Whether you are still in your cycle or have transitioned to menopause, you can cultivate and embody the archetypes that are present during your cycle.

In this lesson, for the illustration of these concepts, I use a 28-day cycle as an example, but you can adjust the phases based on the duration of your own cycle. For a 28-day cycle, the phases, approximately, are as follows:

    1. Goddess Artemis: Approximately from day 5 to day 11 of the cycle.

    2. Goddess Aphrodite: Approximately from day 12 to day 18 of the cycle.

    3. Goddess Hecate: Approximately from day 19 to day 25 of the cycle.

    4. Goddess Gaia: Approximately from day 24 to day 3 of the next cycle.

It's important to keep in mind that these phases don't change abruptly from one day to the next; instead, they usually transition slowly and gradually from one phase to another.

Thank you for deciding to join me on a transformative journey that will help you deeply understand yourself and make the most of your beautiful journey as a woman.
