In this section we will look at what an ideal Prospect Customer Profile is. Why should you create an ideal prospect profile? We will clarify the benefits of doing this. We then go through how to create this profile, building an Avatar for your business. I then go through an example showing step by step how to do it for yourself. Following the video lecture you will be able to go to the workbook to complete the exercise for yourself and your own business.
Let's look at Brand Messaging and it's importance for each business whether big or small. We detail the steps to take to build your brand message. You will see how to determine the key features of your business and how to identify and explain the benefits of these features to your customers. Using our example you will see how to use this process to build your own Brand Messaging. We finish up with an understanding of the golden rule of branding.
Having completed the first two steps, we will now create our content. We will organise the content into two Content Pillars, 1. Your expertise and 2. Customer Wants and Needs. We will set out the two step process to build awareness and interest and then sell.
We are going to learn about the importance of Leads. We will cover the process of building leads and follow this into converting leads to sales. You will see examples of ads for building awareness and sales.
Vital with any new knowledge or method is the ability to implement and put the knowledge gained into action. Here we will lay out a 12 week organised campaign with a schedule that covers two promotional posts per week. You will organise to run your campaign and come out of the module with an implementable plan in place for yourself.
