In this video I'll explain you why having a strong focus and being limitless is a MUST and not a desire in today's world.
Drink more water.
The quality and quantity of the sleep you get, has a big impact on your ability to focus and get things done.
My top books recommendations:
The Evolution Of Desire: Strategies of Human Mating - David M. Buss
Limitless - Jim Kwik
Unscripted -Mj DeMarco
Morning food for brain examples (pick quality and organic):
Smoothie with water, fresh lemon juice and parsley
+90% dark chocolate (not sweetened with refined sugar), be careful how much you eat especially if you have hearth problems.
Blueberries (wild not grown by farms), either as a smoothie with water and maybe some raw honey (just a bit) or simple as they are.
Smoothie with water, avocado, kiwi and a bit of raw organic honey if you want it sweet
Smoothie with water, baby spinach/spinach with avocado and a bit of raw organic honey if you want it sweet
Smoothie with water, cacao powder, cinnamon, avocado and a bit of raw organic honey if you want it sweet
Smoothie with water, kiwi, fresh lemon juice and a bit of raw organic honey if you want it sweet
I really want to eat something sweet
If you still want to eat a desert during your meal, I kindly advice you to a wait at least 2 hours between the main meal and desert. This way you'll not spike that much your blood sugars right away, thus you'll not get that tired, but also you may not even want it because your main meal will reach the stomach and you'll feel fool, thus avoiding sugar and dough into your body.
Are you bloated most of the time?
If you are bloated most of the time it may be a combination of belly fat, fatty liver and a lot of toxins in your gut (poop).
Unfortunately many people hold inside them a large amount of poop which increases the risk of diseases.
For that reason, I highly suggest you poop daily, drink small quantities of alcohol and on rare occasions, avoid cereals, refined sugars and dough products to prevent belly fat and constipation + drink a lot of water (preferable add some fresh lemon juice from time to time to clean your gut and liver).
After working in the IT industry for over 14 years, I realized how important is to have a strong focus.
I struggled so bad with focus that most of you can't even imagine.
I struggle being a developer, QA or even a team lead.
Successful day where random and unpredictable.
It was very frustrating to work entire days on an issue just to discover later, that the solution was much simpler than I though.
So why so much struggle?
Why can't we just focus and get amazing results most of the time?
Why can't we get things done faster and enjoy the free time or get a second source of income?
Suffering so much, making changes, reading, going at a health practitioner, etc...
I finally started to see what works and what not!
I started to see the focus during the day can be something very predictable based on several factors.
And after talking with many people about theses factors, I realized that the principles apply for other people also...
Not just me!
That's when I decided to help other people, so that you don't have to go throw the hell I went years and years.
If I only knew these simple things when I was 15 years old, I would be far away in life.
So you have the chance to avoid all of this.
At the end of the day, the decision is yours.
