Of course, when we reverse health damage, a lot of OTHER good things happen to us, including a better quality of life, a better physique, even a better OUTLOOK on life.
We will get into the details of it, as to the what, how, why this works, and how it can directly apply to YOU, and hopefully, your loved ones. How we can NOT only reverse any damages that has already been done to our health, but how we can MAINTAIN great health, for the rest of our lives. And we will do this by a combination of lectures, exact examples of what we can do, and a few activities.
Now, this must be said, and you can take this as a disclaimer that since this is about what happened to me, and what I did about it, and as human to human, if you were take similar actions, you can acquire these results, as well. But, understandably, we are different people, and your results will be different. So, this is not medical advice, and if you have any concerns, you should check with a doctor.

It’s great to have resolutions, but your purpose should be to convert these resolutions to habits; long lasting habits.
Here are some things to consider:
1) Who is the “perfect you”? Meaning, WHAT do you want to become”? What health goals do you want to accomplish?
2) What are you willing to do to achieve these goals?
3) How long do you want to dedicate to this way of living (just a few days of experiment? Or a lifetime change?)
4) How do you FEEL when you imagine the “perfect you”
Before you think that I want you to be a pure vegan and just eat tree branches, hear me out. This is not just eating lettuce and carrots, although that is part of it, we are talking about… yes greens, but also, pasta, bread, fries, burritos (who doesn’t like burritos), tacos (my favorite) we still have taco Tuesdays at home, all grains, beans, fruits, potatoes, and all the good stuff.
In this lecture I am going to give you a comprehensive basis of the diet, and more importantly, in the subsequent lectures, I will tell you, and show you, some of my health results, as a direct consequence of this diet.
Phase II is the stricter phase, but a more routine and habit forming phase. This is where change happens, and it gets exciting, as more and more results are seen. This lecture is a closer look at the two phases, and more choices are discovered, as we move forward in this new way of living.

Here is what it means: Two weeks, 40 Days, and 3 months. These were my benchmarks for the difference that I felt on this diet method.
Two weeks is when I felt my first clearly observable difference. You feel it immediately, but there is always this DOUBT that maybe it is just psychosomatic. You know, just an internal emotional response from your body, because it realizes that you are doing something worthwhile for it. But two weeks is THAT threshold that clearly signals that you are on your way to something GREAT.
This lectures explores OTHER measurable benchmarks as well, especially when taste buds can be reprogrammed. Some very specifics medical records are also explored. And what could be expected from this diet in this course.
The beauty of this course is that when we eliminate the undesired parts of the food, what remains, like grains, vegetables, fruits, beans, nuts, work naturally with our system, to make us healthy. But the question still remains, as to why? This lecture takes a look at the reasons why some foods work, and some foods do not work, with our system. This lecture is interesting, since it goes over a prospective day, from waking up, to sleeping, and all the foods in the middle. This also discusses some extra items, such as concern for the possible intakes of essential vitamins.
