Description

Tai Chi is one kind of martial art that you can use for your good health as well as for self-defense. Tai Chi – sometimes referred to as meditation in movement - brings balance to your mind and body. Its regular practice obviously improves your health and fitness. However, not many people know how to use Tai Chi for their self-defense. People wish to practice Tai Chi for various reasons. But when they start most of them find out that Tai Chi is not as simple as it looks like. It seems difficult and complex. Master Quang has been training Tai Chi since he was 8 years old. After 20 years of practice he discovered the keys to easier training and understanding the main Tai Chi steps and movements, and he has been passing this knowledge to his students since then.

In this course Master Quang will explain to you the basics of 5 hand circles, 3 basic Tai Chi steps, breathing technique as well as meaning of each circle for health and self-defense. You will learn how to correctly combine the hand circles, steps and breathing so that your Tai Chi practice is efficient and brings balance to your body. After this course you will also understand how you can easily use the hand moves for your self-defense. At the end of the course you will learn a short form with two water bowls for balance of your body and mind.
