This course has been nearly 20 years in the making. It introduces a revolutionary ‘learning model’ to make you aware of your own development and the hodgepodge of unique and motivated skills, abilities, interests, experience, and passions that only you possess.
More importantly, my formula will show you how to use your uniqueness to find enjoyable employment, at the right level and pay through-out your career.

Every individual of working age is good at doing something and so are you! Most likely you would better perform a job where your skills, abilities, experience, and interests are fully utilized.
On the other hand, employers desperately need: motivated, committed, happy employees, but still struggle with improving employee productivity and morale.

Instructor
A training consultant, person of color, futurist, entrepreneur, author, radio talk show host, military veteran, motivational speaker, and owner/president of Hi-Tech Training Associates and Hodgepodge Training Inc. Gene brings over 20 years experience in training, information systems, computer technologies and career transition to his endeavors.
Gene specializes in improving: staff development, workplace literacy, cultural diversity, employer productivity, and employee morale.
Gene gained his experience while working at CIGNA Corporation, Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, and Pitney Bowes World Headquarters and by providing ‘Career Transition Workshops’ for out-placement firms: Right Management Associates, Lee Hecht Harrison, and Drake Beam Morin.
From those experiences, Gene developed a unique training ‘process’ that focuses on integrating work-related tasks with an individual’s unique hodgepodge of skills, abilities, interests, experience, and passion, which when combined with computer technology, met the needs of both the individual and the employer.
Gene has implemented his own ‘Job Transition Training Program’ at the University of Hartford, University of New Haven, Quinnipiac University, Gateway Community-Technical College, and Housatonic Community-Technical College. It has also been implemented at Connecticut Department of Labor and Regional Workforce Development Boards, enabling over 2000 individuals to gain enjoyable employment.
Gene most recently, taught computer and job-seeking skills to seniors, veterans, and unemployed individuals for St. Petersburg College, Pinellas Technical Education Centers (PTEC), Transitioning Professionals, and Bay Pines Veterans Administration Hospital.
Gene earned an A.S. Degree in Data Processing from Springfield Technical Institute, a B.S. Degree in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts, a Masters in Education from Cambridge College, and his Teacher Certificate from Westfield State College. He is also certified to teach computer technology courses in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Florida.
