Our Hearts are the centre of our Being. We all know this, yet for centuries we have lived through the perspectives of our other chakras: chasing money; accruing power and wealth; suppressing knowledge or engaging in intellectual pursuits.
We are now shifting into Fifth Dimensional ways of Being. To do this, and one of the best places to start, is by discovering our Heart centres.
I have designed this course with metaphysical counsellors, psychics and energy healers in mind. I have learned that even if you fall in this category, it is not to say that you are spiritually evolving! There are so many out there who wish to serve humanity in these ways, yet they are not taking time to themselves to work on their own inner world. They are limiting their own potential, and in the process are not helping their clients or patients.
In this course I guide you to explore some practical and simple methods that will put you in touch with your OWN Heart Chakra. We will be looking at how the shift in its vibration affects our perceptions of the chakra, and at the same time I will be supplying you with proven skills that can help strengthen your chakra.

Nico is a Reiki Master, trained in the Usui method of natural healing. His interest in the Chakras, both the traditional as well as the Ascension Chakras, has made him a specialist, helping you align and balance your own system.
He is passionate about teaching! From an early age Nico have always seen himself as a teacher in the front of a classroom. As a child, his favourite game would be to play teacher in a class, handing out homework and marking tests.
Nico presents his workshops in and around the Helderberg area in Cape Town. Through these workshops he passes on the knowledge he has acquired about subjects such as the Chakras, Faeries and Elementals, Sacred Geometry and he is particularly fond of helping people learn to meditate.
Nico also hosts and co-ordinates the Heart Connect Meditation Group that runs once a month in the Helderberg area. His guided meditations focus on bringing in Higher Divine Light to assist in Humanity’s Ascension process.
