The author's background and motivation: How I began my search for the basis of emotion. I share how I lost my cousin at the young age of 10. I went numb to cope with the emotional pain. The following years were not an ideal way to spend a childhood. Nevertheless, I found inspiration in my teen years and I began a life long search for the what and how of emotion.
The sources and references of the author's knowledge: I cite several books by authors such as Gary Zukav, Deepak Chopra, Dr. Michael Newton, Dr. Joe Dispenza, and Gary Flint, Ph.D. These books provide insights into the energetic, spiritual, and psychological aspects of life and our emotions.
Over 50 years of research, outside of the confines of academia gives you insights you'll find no where else.

Learn what HAPPY truly is. We define HAPPY as emotion that is found in the GOLD zone of emotions. What holds us back? Quite simply the RED zone emotions. These are commonly known and experienced. Emotions like fear and anger are two of many. You can release the hold these have on your life experience and later in the program we'll show you how. You'll also get multiple guides to download so you can quickly implement the releases. We call this the Transformational Awareness Method. It doesn't require any fancy education or special tools. What you need is already within you. Let me help you with these amazing tools. Just flip to the next lesson and you're on your way to transformation.

The topic and purpose of the course: The course introduces the emotional spectrum, a framework that helps to understand and classify emotions into three zones. The course aims to teach how to access the superconscious, the highest level of consciousness that connects us to a higher reality and elevated emotions.
The three zones of emotions and their characteristics: The three zones of emotions are the red zone, the gray zone, and the gold zone. The red zone holds emotions that are based on physical perception and survival instincts, such as fear, anger, sadness, and shame. These emotions lower our vibration and keep us in the survival mode. The gray zone holds emotions that are based on both physical and non-physical perception, such as courage and contentment. These emotions help us cope with the red zone emotions and prepare us for the gold zone emotions. The gold zone holds emotions that are based on non-physical perception and higher consciousness, such as joy, love, peace, and unity. These emotions raise our vibration and express our superconsciousness.
The methods and techniques to access the superconscious: The superconscious is the part of our self that reflects our true and our highest beingness. It is the source of intuition, creativity, wisdom, and spiritual insight. It is also the realm of positive emotions, such as enthusiasm, gratitude, reverence and bliss. To access our superconscious, we need to become aware of our emotional state and free ourselves to elevate it. We also need to use the methods and techniques that can work for us and that produce results.
The benefits of accessing the superconscious: Accessing the superconscious can help us to overcome our limitations, to solve our problems, to discover our passions, to express our talents, to create our masterpiece life, living our best life. It helps us to improve our communication, decision-making, problem-solving, creativity, and well-being. It also helps us to develop our emotional intelligence, which is the ability to perceive, understand, manage, and use our emotions effectively. Emotional intelligence is a key skill for life success.
Main ideas:
· The module introduces the concept of emotions as the energy I feel and reveal: The course explains that emotions are the energy I feel and reveal, and that they can be classified into three main zones: red, gray, and gold.
· The module lists the red zone emotions and their characteristics: The course describes the red zone emotions as those that have a negative impact on our well-being and happiness, and that tend to pull us down and stick us there. Some examples of red zone emotions are numbness, guilt, self-hatred, grief, shame, terror, despair, fear, anger, pain, hostility, antagonism, and boredom.
· The module identifies the gray zone emotions and their role: The course defines the gray zone emotions as those that act as a bridge between the red and the gold zones, and that can help us maintain stability in our lives. Some examples of gray zone emotions are contentment and courage.
· The module describes the gold zone emotions and their source: We now begin to understand the gold zone emotions. These are available to us because we are superconscious beings, thus they are the non-physical types of emotions. Some examples of gold zone emotions are cheerfulness, enthusiasm, exhilaration, gratitude, inspiration, reverence, joy, and bliss. The course also mentions that there are some emotions above the gold zone that are ineffable, meaning that they cannot be named or described.
· We begin to understand that the word emotion is a limitation of the language. While it is convenient to describe all of these ideas with the word emotion, it is simply inaccurate. When E-Motion is Energy in Motion, but the gold zone is non-physical, the language doesn’t easily communicate the truth of these experiences.
Main ideas:
· The emotional spectrum and its associations: The module introduces the associations of the three main zones: the red zone, the gray zone, and the gold zone. The red zone is associated with negative emotions, the gray zone is a bridge between the red and the gold, and the gold zone is associated to positive emotions.
· The levels of consciousness and perception: The module explains that each zone of the emotional spectrum corresponds to a level of consciousness and perception. The red zone is the lower conscious, which relies on physical perception and is sometimes not conscious. This non-consciousness is a state below the level of unconscious. The gray zone is both physical and non-physical, it is associated with a healthy well-functioning individual. The states represented by the gray zone are important human traits. They lead us from the red zone to the gold zone. This amazing zone, which is our superconscious, exists outside of physical perception. Yet, we are fully conscious of the experience of them.
· The nuance and complexity of emotions: The module emphasizes that emotions are not simple or binary, but rather nuanced and complex. It challenges the idea that emotions are only sad or happy, or mad or glad, and suggests that there are many shades and levels of emotions. It also illustrates how emotions are energy in motion, and how they can vary in intensity and duration.
· The knowledge and attitude towards the emotional spectrum: The module provides a table that expresses the emotional spectrum in a single page. The table shows the names of the major emotional states. It classifies some of the energies they represent, and some of the experiences they create. The module also begins to explain how to lift oneself from the red zone to the gold zone, which will be discussed in the next module.
Main ideas:
· The emotional spectrum and the hormones of stress and the stories we create: The module explains that the hormones of stress, such as adrenaline and cortisol, are released by the adrenal glands and can cause us to feel stretched to our breaking point. Many people use drugs, alcohol, or other physical means to try to suppress these energies. They also create stories in their minds that justify or rationalize these emotional states. These stories may be based on actual experience or on imagination, but they often reinforce the negative emotions and keep us trapped in the red zone.
· The superconscious state: The module defines superconsciousness as a state of being more than merely aware, but also knowing, intentional, and attentive. The module states that we are all superconscious at the most fundamental level, and we need to release what stands in the way of accessing it.
· The life attitudes and the emotions they generate: The module describes how the different zones of the emotional spectrum are also linked to different life attitudes. The module lists several life attitudes, such as disengaged, disconnected, antagonistic, demanding, accepting, empowered, glad, engaged, ready, appreciative, buoyant, awed, admiring, and perfect. The module then associates each life attitude with one or more emotions, such as numb, guilt, self-hatred, grief, shame, despair, fear, resentment, anger, hostility, boredom, contentment, courage, cheerfulness, enthusiasm, exhilaration, gratitude, inspired, reverence, joy, and bliss. The module suggests that by identifying our life attitude we can gain more power and knowledge about our emotions. These attitudes can help us uncover the emotions we feel and reveal, which, especially in the red zone are often hidden from our awareness.
· The role of aspiration in elevating our energy: The module concludes by stating that the emotional spectrum is not only about understanding our past and present emotional states, but also about shaping our future emotional experience. The module states that one way to move our energy from the red zone to the gold zone is to have an aspiration, a goal, or a higher purpose that motivates us and inspires us.
· The module expresses the underlying concept: With knowledge comes power, and the emotional spectrum is a tool for empowering us to have the emotional experience that we want to have, rather than the one that is dictated by unconsciousness.
Main ideas:
· The module summarizes and provides examples of aspirations that can help one move up the emotional spectrum: The document suggests some aspirations that can help one overcome the resistance that the red zone emotions create. The red zone emotions limit our ability to access the higher emotions which align with our superconscious. For example, one can aspire to experience self-appreciation or to overcome the fear of responsibility. Both of these are inherent limitations to raising our emotional experience up the Emotional Spectrum. When we intend connection, intend purpose and integrity, embrace understanding and compassion, and to be source and observer of one's emotions. These aspirations lift us toward the gold zone and release us from the powers of the red zone.
· The document mentions some sources and tools that can help one learn more about the emotional spectrum: The document refers to the writings and research of Dr. Joe Dispenza and Dr. David Hawkins as sources of further information on the emotions that form our emotional spectrum.
· The module prepares you to begin the work involved in Part 2, the How To section of the course. In Part 2 we will begin to work with the Transformational Awareness Method to release the powers of the red zone emotions to hold sway over our lives. It doesn’t rely on story telling and laying blame like much traditional personal work does. Instead, it uses the powers of our superconscious to create the change we so fully deserve to experience. We don’t have to delve into our traumatic experiences to experience elevated emotions.
Main ideas:
· The course overview and the book it is based on: The course is based on the book How to Get Happy Fast, which simplifies the clinical book A Theory and Treatment of Your Personality by Gary A. Flint, PhD. The course teaches how to release the lower energy emotions that prevent the superconscious and the states of happiness found in the Gold Zone.
· The characteristics of happiness and the superconscious: Happiness and the superconscious are characterized by cheerful, enthusiastic, exhilarated, grateful, inspired, reverent, joyous, blissful, and universal states of mind and experience. These are the gold zone emotions that are masked by the narcotic red zone emotions of numbness, hopelessness, disengagement, etc.
· The method of releasing the red zone emotions: The method of releasing the red zone emotions is the transformational awareness method. The correct emotion to release is found by kinesiology, using muscle testing. The Emotional Spectrum chart and the Emotional Spectrum Worksheet Companion are the tools that help with the muscle testing and the release process. These are among the downloads that are offered as part of the course.
· The helpful resources and supplies for the course: The course recommends some helpful resources and supplies, such as the book The Emotion Code by Dr. Bradley Nelson, which explains the physicality of emotions and how to demagnetize them. The book Becoming Supernatural by Dr. Joe Dispenza, which illustrates the concepts of emotion and consciousness. The book The Map of Consciousness Explained by Dr. David R. Hawkins, which helps understand the depth and characteristics of emotions. In addition to the book How to Get Happy Fast by the course author, Bill DianAud and the book above by Dr Flint. These are helpful to build your depth of understanding of emotions and the release of the lower ones in order to unveil the elevated emotions.
Main ideas:
· The definition and types of happy states: The module defines happy as any of the states in the gold zone, which include the categories of energy, knowledge, and attitude. There are also methods to raise the energy to elevate yourself to the gold zone, such as gratitude and forgiveness.
· The contrast between the gold zone and the red zone: The module explains that the red zone is a non-conscious state, where the energies are narcotic and addictive.
· The disclaimer and the personal responsibility of the course: The module states that the course is not mental health care, psychiatric care, or intended to cure any disease. It is energy work that the user has to do with themselves. The module also offers a refund if the course is not working for the user.
· The source and demonstration of the muscle testing method: The module refers to the book How to Get Happy Fast and the website the thehappycode.life as the sources of deeper information on the transformational awareness method. It also recommends watching Dr. Bradley Nelson's videos on muscle testing, especially the Sway Test, which is the least fallible method and can be accessed through thehappycode.life website.
· The importance of mindset and emotion: The module illustrates that emotion arises from the bottom up, and that it is hard for humans to experience the gold zone without releasing the red zone. It also emphasizes the need to have a neutral and peaceful mind when asking oneself questions about the emotions using muscle testing.
Main ideas:
· The purpose and context of the download documents: The document is a part of a program that teaches how to use the Sway Test, a muscle testing technique, to identify and release trapped emotions. The document reviews the Sway Test from the author's point of view and explains how to use a worksheet to muscle test the emotional spectrum.
· The steps to perform the Sway Test: The course instructs the learner to stand with feet hip width apart, hand on the heart center, and a downloaded worksheet in hand. The reader is then instructed to muscle test each word or group of words in columns A, B, and C of the emotional spectrum, starting from the lowest level of emotions. The instructor also explains the meaning of each column and how they relate to the attitude, knowledge, and energy of the emotions.
· The method to perform the sway test: The instructor mentions that he uses a different hand position than Dr. Nelson, who demonstrated the Sway Test in the video seen on thehappycode.life website. The instructor believes that placing the hand on the heart center creates a more effective way to get a true answer in the Sway Test.
Note the video demonstration by Dr Bradley Nelson is found at this website page

There are two videos linked. Page down to the last items. The other video content on the page deepens your understanding.
Main ideas:
· This module is a demonstration: Using muscle testing, the technique that uses the body's response to questions to reveal answers, in this case emotional states that are trouble spots for you. The document explains how to use a worksheet and a chart to identify and release negative emotions.
· Muscle testing procedure: The module instructs the learner to stand with feet apart and ask the superconscious a yes or no question. A forward sway indicates a yes answer, while a backward sway indicates a no answer. The reader should record the positive answers on the downloaded worksheet.
· Worksheet columns and labels: The Emotional Spectrum has three columns: C, B, and A. Column C has the label "My Attitude Toward Life Is". Column B has the label "What I Know About My World Is". Column A has the label "The Energy I Feel and Reveal Is".
· Transformational awareness method: The document introduces the transformational awareness method, a simple and non-confrontational way to release the negative emotions. The method involves asking the superconscious to release the emotions for the reader, without triggering any memory content. The module explains the method will be detailed in the next module.
Main ideas:
· The module introduces the Transformational Awareness Method for transforming emotional states: The module explains that the learner has discovered how to identify the troublesome emotional states in the red zone using muscle testing, and that the next step is to transform them using scripts. These are provided in the downloaded documents. You can find these in Lecture 8 or 10.
· The document prepares the reader for a sample script using a sample red zone emotion state to transform: The demonstration continues.
Main ideas:
· The purpose and scope of the module: The module is a demonstration that explains how to use the Transformational Awareness Method (TAM) to transform negative emotions using a script and a worksheet.
· The steps of the Transformational Awareness Method (TAM): The TAM script process consists of six steps.
· The tips and resources for the TAM practice: The module provides some tips and resources for the TAM practice, such as reading the Emotional Spectrum Worksheet Companion, pausing the session and resuming it later, using the definitions in the back of the book How to Get Happy Fast, and communicating with the teacher/author on Facebook.
Main ideas:
· The main goal and content of the course: The course teaches how to use the Happy code, a method to release the negative emotions in the red zone and activate the positive ones in the gray and gold zones. The course covers the emotional spectrum, the transformational awareness method, and the use of muscle testing to derive your truth.
· The process of using a procedure on the gold zone emotions: The procedure is a way to strengthen the gold zone emotions, which represent the true nature of our superconscious.
· The benefits of living with the gold zone words: The gold zone emotions make a huge difference in the day-to-day life. Living with less control asserted by red zone emotions and greater access to gold zone emotions is a power filled life experience.
· The recap and conclusion of the course: The course summarizes the main concepts and tools that were taught. The course encourages the learners to do the work methodically and work their way up the emotional spectrum. When you make the time to use these tools, your life becomes powerful and transformative.
