Identify what is important in your life and the boundaries to implement and protect these.
You will now have everything you need to write your vision statement. Your workbook has formulas to support you if required.

How do you feel about menopause?
There is a massive lack of knowledge and understanding about this completely natural time of our lives that leaves women feeling unsupported, anxious and like they are going to lose themselves, and who they are forever.
My mission is to reach as many women as I can to empower them to decide what they want their menopause to look like if they were truly thriving in life.
Due to so much conflicting information about what a healthy lifestyle actually is, women can get caught in a spiral or restrictive dieting and over-exercising in trying to overcome menopause symptoms which they feel are just a lack of health.
This is certainly not the case.
Many of the strategies women over 40 use to try and maintain their health and well-being are actually working against them.
In this workshop you will gain understanding and clarity about what is going on in the body during menopause and how this can affect your symptoms.

Creating a vision statement is visualising your ideal life if anything was possible and life had no limitations.
Once you know where you want to get to you can start designing your lifestyle roadmap to get there.
Menopause is an ideal time in our life to take a pause, some time for reflection and decide from all we have learned about life so far what we want to do and achieve with the rest of our lives post-menopause.
By deciding what is important to us and our non-negotiables we can create a journey in alignment with how we want to live. This relieves stress and creates room for happiness and harmony.
