Tis is the introduction to a series of films exploring the menopause. We will look at the issues involved in the history, the psychology and the physical realities of allowing yourself to experience, or come back to, a natural menopause.
My goal in the this series is to enable and empower you to trust the process of your body changing and along with this, aiming to assist you in finding a powerful way through the range of experiences that can accompany this life-changing experience.
We will use therapeutic approaches, yoga, pranayama and many other rituals to work you way through the ups and downs that accompany your physical, emotional and sexual experiences in this time.
The films are listed according to the different sections and you can watch them all in a sequence or choose only the one or several that you are interested in.

This is a Jungian concept which I worked with and expanded over many years. I add it here because I find it very relevant to our experience, societally, of the menopause. But it is also the personal especially in terms of anxiety, depression, motherhood and more.
The five films in this section all aim to balance the sensation of anxiety that can arise, unbidden by actual experiences, into our emotional world.
