Introduction to the Course, review of course content and a review of the course learning objectives. Student resource book is available and consists of copies of all slides for the entire course and space to take notes as the course is viewed.
A discussion of what EFT (The Emotional Freedom Technique is), including 4 authoritative definitions.
A discussion on the many uses of EFT. Over thirty-five uses are briefly discussed that related to successful outcomes in the use of EFT. A brief overview of the use of Positive EFT is presented as well.
A discussion of the history of the Emotional Freedom Technique from the foundational works of Dr. Roger Callahan, through the development of EFT by Gary Graig, to the third Generation of Energy EFT.
In this session, Dr. Flarey discusses and demonstrates the meridian acupoints used for tapping in EFT. He then leads an entire EFT session for de-stressing the energy body. A handout is attached of a diagram with the acupoints defined for EFT tapping.
This is a continuation of Lecture 5, an EFT Tapping Session for de-stressing the energy body. At the end of the session, Dr. Flarey discusses the subjective experiences of an EFT session and how to evaluate your session. Outcomes of moving energy and balancing the body's energy system are discussed.
In this session, the concept of Energy Psychology is discussed. Several Universal Laws of Energy are also presented.
A brief discussion of the overall energy body is presented, included its main parts.
This session presents a discussion of the Meridians as well as major causes of energy blockages in the meridian system. The effects of tapping on the meridian acupoints are examined.
This session presents Neuro Anatomy and Physiology of key areas of brain and how they are effected by EFT. Key concepts discussed are the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, the flight-or-fight response, stress hormones, neuropathways and the amygdala.
This session continues the discussion of the neuro anatomy and physiology related to EFT. Key concepts presented include how emotional charges of past events become wired into neuropathways, exposure therapy in EFT, triggering of the amygdala and how tapping and EFT effect the amygdala. The creation of new neuropathways by way of EFT is also presented.
This course presents the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and focuses on the core foundations of what EFT is, what it is used for, its history, the acupoints used; and goes in more depth discussing the Energy body and how EFT works. Presented is how EFT works on the energy body, what the Meridians are. The effects of tapping on meridian end points (acupoints) are examined as to how the entire body, mind and spirit are impacted. The neurophysiology and anatomy related to how EFT works is examined in detail. The role of the Amygdala is discussed and how it is effected when EFT is used. Neuropathways are defined and obliteration of old neuropathways and the creation of new neuropathways in EFT are examined. The course is highly focused on the Energy Body and how EFT works to balance the body's energy system, remove energy blockages and provide for more effective free-flowing body energy thus facilitating phenomenal outcomes when used for a multitude of issues in behavioral, physical and spiritual health. The instructor will lead students through an EFT exercise to de-stress their energy body. Students are provided with a full set of handouts of power point slides which can be used to take notes. A bonus e-book is also provided containing many articles on the Emotional Freedom Technique.
