This course explores the theological and missional reasons behind the decline and collapse of Western Christendom. Rather than viewing this merely as a sociological crisis or institutional failure, the course approaches it through the lens of the missio Dei — God’s redemptive movement through history for the sake of His global mission.
By returning to key biblical moments such as Jesus Christ’s final visit to the Temple, the destruction of Jerusalem, the transition reflected in Matthew 24, and the cross-cultural expansion of the Gospel in Acts and the Pauline letters, participants will discover that God’s mission consistently moves beyond monuments, systems, and religious structures that have lost their missional purpose.
Discover the Biblical reason and explanation why Western Christendom is dead and dying. This is the only way for the Christian Church in the West to realign with God's redemptive movement within our broken world towards Global Christianity. Those who do not move with God from here will be left behind.
The course challenges participants to discern the difference between preserving Christendom and participating in God’s mission. It calls the church away from nostalgia, institutional self-preservation, and ideological confusion toward renewed missional faithfulness in a rapidly changing world.
Above all, it invites believers to move faithfully with God’s unfolding redemptive purpose in history.
