  • None. This course is open to all. I would like to encourage people of other Religions to participate in this journey. The intent is not conversion, but allowing yourself through your own Religious beliefs to experience a holistic cleansing.

This course is founded on the practice of the Christian Daniel Fast. Within this particular version thereof the focus is on not only adhering to the 21 day Daniel Fast, but also studying the seven deadly sins/vices that take hold of your heart and destroys you from the inside out.

Who this course is for:

  • Individuals seeking to cleanse themselves body, soul and Spirit. One of the added benefits of this course which is not the intent, but the bonus of following the program is you will lose weight, some rapidly, some gradually, it is all based on our unique genetic makeup, but beyond a shadow of a doubt, you will be healthier after completing the 21 days. I stress however once more, this is the bonus, not the goal, our intent is holistic cleansing, basically, a new you.

Son. Father. Friend. Writer. Teacher. A maker of stuff. My goal in life is to make a path for others where previously there was none, provide options, create a platform where individuals can live life the way I believe it was intended to be lived...waking up every morning excited to go and do something you love -and get paid for doing it. We weren't born to work and be depressed, sad, hopeless individuals, just so we could have enough to retire and wait to die. We were born to have life and have it to the full.
