This course will take you from feeling 'invisible' at work to being confident and clear in your career. Through practical techniques and exercises you will develop a Career Confidence Plan that will enable you to deal with your confidence gremlins and achieve your career goals.
The exercises and activities draw on the latest thinking in positive psychology and neuroscience.
In the first part of the course we will manage the blocks and barriers that are getting in your way in order to lay a strong foundation for change. In the second part we build The Confidence Plan where you begin to make cognitive changes and shift to a more positive perspective.

I am passionate about people fulfilling their potential, and know creating career confidence is not a quick fix. You have to work at it and create new habits and that can be tough. I've designed this course to support you as much as possible while you try out the techniques and tools in the course because I want to help you maintain your confidence at work.
