This course - pertaining to International Law, has been hereby introduce with the view of basic understanding and building concept of International Law, which has been developed and accepted not less than codified States Municipal Laws. Such law has been adopted by United Nations. Who has given the importance to follow and execute to resolve international disputes by enshrining into it's charter under Articles. This course has been framed for the benefit of students community of every stream , who have this international law as one of the Paper in their syllabus and wants to have knowledge of this law. This course has been built considering the easy understanding the origin , nature and specific knowledge of International Law and is based on Long Questions and it's descriptive answers covering various definitions of renowned scholars and topics of this law, which would be much more helpful to know about such law enforced in India by the members of the States / Nations being the part of the various treaty internationally. Also with examination point of view for those pursuing law degree , commerce degree, Information technology companies company secretary, chartered accountancy , management degree and working in Export house and doing export-Import business also not limited to corporate personnel who are involved in International trade and business. This international Law is not less important for the Human Activists working in India and at international front.
