- You should have at least an intermediate level in your working language pair (for example, English & French, or Italian & English). Native fluency in one and solid understanding of the other is ideal.
- You will need a laptop or desktop computer with a stable internet connection to download CAT tools, complete assignments, and access course materials.
- A general understanding of grammar in your source and target languages is helpful. However, the course also includes grammar refreshers and practical language guidance.
- We will be using free trials of professional CAT tools like SDL Trados and Smartcat. You don’t need to buy anything to follow along.
