They will know the industry standards for Resume length, avoid red flags, and eliminating everything that’s unnecessary to make their case. How to write a summary section that catches the interest of the Hiring Manager? Students will also understand how to use soft skills correctly, including results statements – with concrete proof of abilities and accomplishments.
Students will learn what Hiring Managers want to see in the most qualified candidate and why the Recruiter passed on them after initially considering their applications.
Students will learn how to write an elevator pitch and use it correctly when discussing with Hiring Managers. Students will learn how to outline their unique value proposition that engages and attracts Hiring Manager’s.
Students will learn why Hiring Manager's often asks tell me about yourself question. They will also learn the steps involved to demonstrate their accomplishments.
Students will learn how to effectively approach recruiters and send engaging emails.
