Time to test yourself!
Here, we take into consideration the main concepts explored, including what proper eating means as well as body types and cultural diversity.
Let us debate about the notion that we are all meant to look, be and feel the same. We want to welcome the idea that we are all meant to be different and it is actually a great gift.
As proposed within the west, we explore the different body types used as the basis of contemporary eating plans, however, we consider it is still very limited and leaves plenty of room for more.
As part of embracing a new lifestyle we MUST become more aware of the importance of tailoring our food to the new activities we bring into our everyday life. Eating the right foods and supplements can ensure we can keep up with the changes and avoid any injury, unwanted pain or even chronic fatigue.
We explore basic concepts of Ayurveda, a great gift from the East which is over a 1000 years old, created to help us gain more vitality and aliveness.
In this talk we look at the different basic elements that are found as part of our physical world. We also look at how these are related to the different qualities presented in the previous video.
We take a closer look at the body-mind-emotional interconnection and we learn more about the treasures we have. We also start looking at what characterises the Vata quality.
A close consideration at the characteristics of this quality/body/mind type.

We are not set in Stone! Let us fully understand we are always changing.
We discuss the different factors that can throw us out of balance in the west, so we can become more aware and develop ways of recognising and overcoming imbalance before it is too late.
To finalise this section we celebrate by cooking a delicious Kitchari! An ancient Ayurvedic dish which is wholesome and easy to digest for all body types!
Time to test yourself!

Let's explore the direct link between Yoga philosophy and positive thinking. This knowledge proposes the ultimate way to understand the world and ourselves. While it has been explored for centuries across the world, we can take advantage of the basic concepts right now!
The first obstacle we find when we try to meditate and relax is our Ego. But what exactly is it? and how do we recognise it or even begin to understand it? Through these two videos we can begin to grasp this concept.
The first obstacle we find when we try to meditate and relax is our Ego. But what exactly is it? and how do we recognise it or even begin to understand it? Through these two videos we can begin to grasp this concept.
This concept helps us to shed some light into why we often feel stuck within our lives, or even within our meditation/Yoga practice. This can help us to understand why we cannot move on or find ways to let go of what does not serve our highest purpose.
We have many misconceptions, many schools and different methods to get "there". However, there is only one Yoga and one meditation, which are themselves indivisible. It is worth us checking what our assumptions are when we try to meditate so we can free up more space for the experience of total oneness.
Here, we get a chance to briefly examine why meditation is so powerful and widely used these days. The aim of this video is to remind ourselves of the real value of this millenary practice and see how it directly impacts our health and ultimately improves our overall quality of life.
Vishnu Devananda from the Sivananda school, shared a very simple set of points that became an easy to digest path to meditation. Within this video I have shared these points, to make sure that your experience as a meditator is full of motivation and perseverance.
This is a very effective exercise that is usually practiced after any method of breath control of your choice and just before your meditation. I have found it particularly useful, as it visits the whole body and sends clear signals to our brain, helping us to a reach deeper levels of concentration.
This video is an example of how we can use something as simple as walking to be more mindful within our everyday lives. Although it is only preliminary to meditation, this simple guided walking exercise can help you to improve your ability to become more present.
Let us not underestimate the power of practicing gratitude and selfless service to others everyday. As we are all one, by giving to others and sending out messages of gratitude will inevitably bring about Immense positive transformation within our lives.

In this video, we explore the concept of relaxing our body as well as the benefits that come from it. As simple as it may seem, we need awareness and practice.
Visit your inner sanctuary by following this 15 minute guided relaxation.
We explore another concept which is essential to overall relaxation. Here, we can contemplate the ways the mind can affect our ability to completely let go and reach deeper levels of relaxation.
Understanding how our nervous system works is key to know ourselves better. This is essential to getting out of negative habits by switching from ‘autopilot mode’ to more aware intervention.
Often a touchy subject, however, if we open up to the debate, spiritual relaxation, as an important aspect to finding inner peace, simply means having a clean conscience and building trust in life.
