Millions worldwide have benefited from ACT (Steven Heys) and DBT (Marsha) in their lives, since their original publications in 1982 (ACT) 1993 (DBT).
Soon the next person may be you as we chose simple techniques and strategies from ACT and DBT reality/choice theory, psychodynamic theory, family theory, feminist theory, and many others, tailoring them to meet the needs of each client.
Many creative and accountable people don’t accomplish what they want in their work-life because they ruin themselves with defensive, restricting or self-adverse thoughts and practices. These sabotaging beliefs and character not only hold us back, but also weaken our image in the eyes of others, hurting our hopes for success.
Mental health and emotional well-being are necessary at every stage in our personal and professional life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.
If you have had confused or unpredictable childhoods, it is the norm to pick up unhelpful models of dealing with emotions.
However, the healthy message is, emotions are honestly easy to study and once you know how they work, you can learn how to manage them more effectively!!
Analysis has shown ACT to be highly effective in many areas: such as performance management, job satisfaction, innovation and motivation to increase resilience to foster transformational control behaviours.
I have used ACT and DBT in my practice to help young entrepreneurs, fresh graduates, job seekers, homemakers, employees and many other professionals to uncover their thoughts, healing them completely from chronic illness. Also, it helped their clients to become more flexible, resourceful and responsive, even under the most challenging of circumstances.
I’ve studied and practised mindfulness from the perspective of ACT and DBT to explore human minds deeply. Further, conclude that you can’t be selective in your thoughts by diffusing a few and accepting a few. Also, to change habits, you need to believe in the process and have consistency. You need to be a vigilant observer of all the thoughts that arise in your mind and maintain a distance from them. It’s not easy but it requires consistent practice of many days/ months ultimately it is the way that helps you penetrate the nature of reality.
When you master practising ACT and DBT skills, you start measuring your success, understanding how well your actions line up with your values, vision and mission in life. Besides, it gives a bigger perspective to your goals and let you achieve things on your terms.
Hence, check the previews and enrol for this course to grow your character that will deliver your genius to work productively and presently living.
