Description
Using a compass the student who has experienced abuse in one form or another, will learn how to identify their own self-sabotaging behaviors and place them on the chart. Once placed they will be able to hear how the voice of fear influences them. Transforming that voice to one of love and strength of thought, the student will be able to reverse their destructive course and sail into a life of calm seas and fair winds.

Living what the instructor feels was a rather normal life, she ventured into the 1992 and 1995 America's Cup arena to fulfill her dream to enter a team of all women. A dream that would cost her all of her worldly possessions, but give in return, her only true possession, her life. Unbeknownst to her at the time, the instructor ventured onto the path of self-destruction as she recognizes and overcomes her exquisite abilities of self-sabotage and ruin. Though this course is written as a case study relating to why we do the things we do, to one degree or another, it is everyone's story.
