How much better would it be if you were liked by being completely yourself? If you were honest all the time? If you were totally authentic?
You will have way better relations when you are honest and when you are authentic! You will feel great! And you will find people like you!
Being grateful is one of the most important things you can do in life!
Be grateful for what you are, for what you have, for what you can do; and be grateful for who you are not, for what you don't have, and for what you can't do.
